And the 2nd thing I forgot to put the carrots in I had 5 things going on at once. But all in all the cake was very moist. I’ll definitely make it again with carrots this time

I cut back the oil to 3/4 of a cup, used only two whole eggs with 1 tablespoon of flax meal, and reduced the pineapple to 3/4 of a cup. Otherwise the flavour is really good.
